It’s Time: Changing the Community Conversation About Depression
Inhealth’s newest program takes the stories of many people from our community and weaves them together to tell the story of depression in order to help each of us to reduce the stigma that is a barrier to naming the illness and seeking treatment. Participants learn how to support others as they face their own or a loved one’s depression.
